Villa Overview
At the heart of Marrakech's medina, Riad Nouraya blends traditional craftsmanship with modern comfort. Carefully restored, the riad is arranged around a central patio filled with natural light, set apart from the bustle of the surrounding streets. Three intimate bedrooms, finished with handcrafted zellige tilework and chiselled brass lighting, make up a warm and characterful interior. The living spaces combine elegance and comfort, with a traditional bhou, an air-conditioned lounge and a spacious dining room. The rooftop terrace, with its view over the medina and bougainvillea-lined seating areas, extends this atmosphere further. The riad sits in the quiet Dabachi neighbourhood, within easy reach of Marrakech's landmarks, including Jemaa el-Fna square and the Koutoubia Mosque.

Interior spaces
The central patio fills the living spaces with soft natural light. It features a heated pool finished in beige zellige, alongside a seating area. The traditional bhou comfortably seats eight. A second lounge, air-conditioned and fitted with a home cinema system, seats up to six. The adjoining dining room accommodates eight guests, around a Moroccan menu prepared on site.
Outdoor spaces
The rooftop terrace, on the second floor, brings together bougainvillea planting and open views over the city. It is furnished with six sun loungers, three parasols, and a pergola-covered dining area for eight. A Berber-inspired seating area invites guests to take their time over a mint tea. An outdoor shower is available to cool off after a day under the Marrakech sun. On the ground floor, the patio and its heated pool provide a second place to unwind at the heart of the medina.
Staff and services
A varied breakfast is included each morning. On-site dining is available in two formats: "à la carte", where the house takes care of everything, or "en liberté", where guests cover the cost of groceries and a transport supplement. Meals are arranged the day before for the following day, following a single menu for the whole group. Children benefit from significant discounts on meals.
